Greg is an exceptional home inspector with over 17 years of experience in home inspection. With over 5,000 homes inspected in those 17 years, Greg is a very seasoned inspector with attention to detail. As a member of ASHI and InterNACHI, Greg must fulfill at least 16 hours of education credits every year to maintain his memberships. The continuing education requirement by ASHI and InterNACHI is above and beyond the requirement set by the state of Arizona for home inspectors.
Greg is very attentive and friendly with his clients; making sure any issues that may be found during the home inspection are easily explained before the client receives the written report. We use a narrative-type report that is very simple to read and navigate with full-color photos.
A transplant from California, Greg owned and operated WIN Home Inspection of Los Gatos and Cupertino, CA until moving to Arizona in 2017 and starting WIN Home Inspection in Queen Creek. Greg is very happy to extend the services and expertise to Queen Creek and Gilbert areas that only a WIN Home Inspector can provide.
